My husband had an eye accident when he was a child and the last surgery that he had, the doctor cut through his central vision while trying to repair his retina, so he is blind in that eye. the eye is shrinking. can shrinking & blindness be fixed?

Damaged eye: Unfortunately not. The eye will shrink but not by much. The vision probably will not as the retina was damaged.
