Food(Calories Vs Exe: In order to lose weight, you have to cut down your food intake and also exercise. Reduction in food intake can do 80% of the job, activity can add 20%. So go after cutting food intake, avoiding calorie-rich/dense foods like sweets, sugary foods/deserts. Change your diet to plant based foods, avoid animal products like red meat and fast foods. Instead fill your stomach with salads, veggies &fruits.
