A member asked:

What type of food and activities should be banned for a patient with osteo arthritis in wrist?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Patient sets limits: There's no diet restrictions; life's difficult enough without folks making food rules that are of little or no help. The discomfort and disability of the osteoarthritis itself will set the limit on activities. Osteoarthritis in the wrist is especially tricky as a bone may have been injured contributing to the problem. The treating rheumatologist can give you more guidance. Thanks for asking.
