Almost bedridden for the last 4 years.now my knees are a little bit swollen. could it be due to the fact that i had 0 physical activity those years?had blood test few years ago and had no arthritis.taking clonazepam for 4 years now,could it be that?

Almost bedridden: Please get medical help ASAP. If one doc is not helpful please get a second opinion. Getting active again needs to be under the guidance of a doctor. He/she may refer for physical therapy or other interventions. Peace and good health.
