Tongue strain: This is an unusual injury, but it shouldn't cause tongue swelling or permanent damage. If you have further concerns,have an examination by your physician or an Otolaryngologist.

I've had a tingling tongue for 2 weeks now. Sometimes it'll be on the left side, sometimes in the middle, sometimes on the right. Some days it's bad. Some days I don't feel it. I do grind/chew at night at times (anxiety/stress). What could it be?
