I had an ovary torsion on my right ovary about 7 or 8 months ago. i had a partial hysterectomy done 3 years ago. i only have my left ovary left. extreme pain on my left ovary area. nausea and vomiting. pain with sex. ?

Need Laparoscopy now: There is a small percentage of patients who experience ovarian torsion bilaterally. Because of your previous history you need to have your GYN MD perform Laparoscopy to assess the remaining ovary for torsion or abnormality. Sometimes the ovary can be salvaged.
