Post-total hysterectomy w/ ovaries intact (2018). pmdd worsening with age. feels like ive been in pms for a month. migraines/nausea/heavy sore breasts/acne/fatigue. why pms for a month straight? overall good health. cancer related?? im scared?

PMS is generally hormone related, not a warning sign of cancer. Sometimes an ovarian cyst can cause a lot of those symptoms, and cysts are more common after hysterectomy. Maybe try to schedule an ultrasound with your gynecologist?
