Post op eval: Contact and see for an evaluation the dentist who removed your tooth for a post op evaluation. It is the responsibility of that dentist to follow you for a reasonable time to assure the area is healing properly and without complications.

Call your Surgeon: Call your treating Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon, the practitioner that knows your wisdom tooth situation best. He/she is responsible for your post=surgical care. Without seeing you it is difficult to give you a specific answer.
