You're OK: And I say that with a caveat. The small amount of campo phenique will not harm you. The untreated sore gum/tooth may harm you as you may be dealing with a spreading infection, and if so it will not self heal. You need to be professionally examined, diagnosed, and then treated. Please call a Dentist.
