No: Orajel is not toxic, so you don't need the ER. What you need is a Dentist. Broken teeth do not self heal. If nerve of tooth is exposed, if tooth is fractured or decayed, you are providing a path for bacteria to enter your bloodstream. Please call Dentist NOW. Orajel is a pain killer, it blocks nerve impulses for a short time, but it does not cure infection.
