It depends: It depends upon whether the "polyp" is just a anterior uterine wall growth or not. If it is a pedunculated fibroid hanging down in the internal cervical canal, the likely for obstruction later in pregnancy is greater. I am sure your OB MD will perform another ultrasound to monitor your pregnancy( & "polyp") so "wait and see".
