Does a 1.4 cm uterine polyp on the lower to mid segment of my uterus increase the risk of placenta previa when i get pregnant?

Remove it: I notice this question has been asked a couple of times. Polyps are very easy to remove. This is an outpatient procedure and some doctors are equipped to remove them in the office. Polyps do not increase the risk of placenta previa.
