Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Forgive my frankness: Unless it is extremely inconspicuous, you should have been operated years ago like the other unfortunate boys who have it. Being a teenager is difficult enough without having to deal with THAT. You're almost a grown man and you simply can't have this preventing you from swimming, going to the gym, or having surprise-free dates.
