If a 20 year old man has gynecomastia,will it get cured itself or will it require surgery and i have man boobs,when i press them i feel no pain but my bmi is around 22.9 so can it be gynecomastia or is it just due to fat?

I would not attribute man boobs to fat if the BMI is as you say. When it is linked to pubertal changes it usually disappears within 2 yrs. There are emerging non-surgical treatments if it is persistent breast tissue. An exam by your doc or breast surgeon would be your next step in deciding your options.
