Low dose ok but ... : Lexapro +Ibuprofen( NSAID’s) have an additive effect in risk of bleeding ( inhibit serotonin uptake in platelets and Ibuprofen inhibits platelets as well ). If Ibuprofen taken occasionally and with food . It’s ok . Just be cautivos if you have any history of stomach ulcer or bleeding tendencies avoid ibuprofen and choose alternative.
