Not healthy: You need to modify your lifestyle, eating habit etc to achieve weight loss in a more healthy way. Both regular exercise and carb restriction will be needed. Drastic fasting or ketogenic diet does not confer long term benefits since you can be sure that you will gain even more weight after that,

More than checklist: This is too complex for a checklist. There are many approaches to a ketogenic diet. I advise getting Fat For Fuel by Dr. Joseph Mercola as your guide. To combine with intermittent fasting,a few days a week eat all your food within a 8 hour time period such as 10 am-6 pm,though drink water and herbal teas throughout the day. Also take a good multivitamin and a green powder like ORAC Energy Greens.
