Diet without carbs!: The fewer carbs, in absolute amount, with greater percent protein and fat, will put you into dietary ketosis! the old atkin's standard to induce ketosis in "ketosis" resistance dietars was to eat cream cheese and macadamia nuts. This always works (few days). I have been on a low carb diet since 1995. I do not count calories at all. Weight is college weight.
