Depends: The importance would depend on amount and origin. A little color can originate from your throat , back of the nasal passages or airway due to the mechanics of retching or coughing hard as it traumatizes the structures. This is rarely more than small amounts & wouldn't give big clots. This would self heal. Any more would require an evaluation to be sure.
