Allergies?: Although it would be best to be examined for this, it may be that you have sinus allergies that are causing mucus to drain in the back of your throat. The mucus then comes out of your mouth when you talk (or perhaps when you cough.) You could start with over the counter antihistamines such as Claritin or Zytec. If it doesn’t resolve, make an appointment to be seen.
