Having dry throat and mouth feels like throat closing up something when i swallow feel a weird sensation when i talk the same thing and voice change?

Dry throat : At your age it is probably an issue of not drinking enough water. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day. You could also have allergies which would make your voice change because your adenoids (lymphoid tissue in your nose ) swell and make your voice seem lower because it does not have the extra nose resonance (sounds from a larger cavity). Nasal steroids are very effective for this.
