Ent- max siniusitis right side -6 days of step down methlypredisone and augmentin. last day of steroid and pressure returns on right cheek. normal?

Sinus pain: If it is improving the pain should be decreasing.Could discuss use of nasal antihistamines like astelin or decongestants like Afrin ( which you can only use for 3 days and use with caution if high blood pressure), nasal sterile saline rinses, oral antihistamines, elevating head of bed and possible modification of antibiotic therapy. f/u/ w/ doc
