Sleep cycle: everyone has their own sleep cycle - but many would agree that sleeping 11hours is too much. Studies have shows that the average good nights sleep is about 7-8 hours. This will change when you have things to do the next day - like appointments, projects.

Sleep cycle: 11 hours of sleep is a lot but people vary widely in need for sleep. Average is about 8 hours. Are you taking medication that may interfere w/sleep? Are you depressed or avoiding something? How is your diet and exercise level? Please see doctor for a check up. Peace and good health.
