My 3 mo sticks his tounge out a lot & makes lip smacking sounds- is this normal? his doc said tounge is normal- forgot to ask about lip smacking.

Normal: Both are normal at that age but also may be seen as a symptom of seizures.

Mgt.: These may be normal findings at this age, but sometimes also subtle signs of seizure activity. I would advise seeing your PCP.
