Cardiomyopathy: Depends. Based on underlying cause. Is the patient receiving full medical Rx eg beta blockade, Entresto ,ACEI,ARB ,isosorbide dinitrate/hydralazine etc etc Is there an arrhythmia burden? If progressively declining has a referral to a tertiary center been made with a view to VAD/transplant options? Are there any reversible or modifiable environmental or dietary factors; any sleep apnea etc etc etc
