A member asked:

I have got a small cluster of white headed spots on the palm of my hand, they seem deep as can't burst them unless i use a pin. what can i do??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dishydrotic Eczema: Based on what you say, the closest diagnosis I can suggest is dishydrotic eczema of the palms. The reason you cannot squeeze the "pimples" is because the skin of our palms and soles is very thick and tightly fused to underlying tissue (imagine opening a jar if your skin was thin!) Standard treatment is to try to reduce palm sweating and strong steroid cream for a reasonable period.
