Tinnitus: Tinnitus is quite difficult to treat and there is nothing that has been proven to "cure" it. There can be biofeedback treatment success. If you are referring to recovering from frequent travel, then rest and hydration and trying to keep a regular sleep/wake schedule is best!

If air travel: is the contributing factor the use of NASAL SPRAY plus an OTC decongestant for a week or two is probably more effective than Gaba or 5-htp ...there are many "chemicals" touted as treatment for tinnitus...and very little scientific studies proving the benefits of any of them!
