Foot pain: If you have foot pain after a workout I recommend getting an exam to pinpoint the correct diagnosis and treatment if needed. Until then, stop the exercise that is causing the pain!

Workout pain..: Well that all depends on just where you foot is hurting. Does it involve muscle, tendon, nerve or bone? Each could involve a different approach to the pain resolution. Have your foot evaluated by a specialist to narrow the possibilities.
