More...: We need more information on what happened prior to the pain onset. If you didn't get hurt it might be inflamed( either too much walking, could've been bent while walking,type of shoes etc). Put ice on the area for 15 mins there times a day and if you are not allergic take anti inflammatory medication(like ibuprofen, naproxen, etc). Rest it for a couple of days and elevate it as much as possible.
