80 yrs old has a tremor for many years .had ct scan in 2012 diagnosed a form of parkinson due to a lack of dopermaine he wont take the medicine for it ,concerned that he is too active and cant stop intense routine cleaning and hyperactivity. ideas?

So long he is active: he probably doesn't need the medicine, his activity denotes enough dopamine in his system, although this is a complex disease. What you can do though, is to convince him that he would follow up regularly with his neurologist to monitor the progression, or the stability, of what he has, wish you both wellness
