Could my parkinson tremor improve or stop as the decease progresses?

Yes: I have seen cases where the tremor in Parkinsons diminishes as the disease advances. Unfortunately dementia tends to go along with it and you may not be able to appreciate the reduction in your tremor. This of course is just one doctor's experience. Talk to your doctor about your case and your treatment options. I wish you well!
