50/m. pricking sensations in back of both lower legs but not feet. constant for 2 years and occasional in forearms. occasional l thumb tremor when anxious. some urinary dribbling. lots of health anxiety. ms ruled out. does this sound like parkinsons?

If you haven't consulted a neurologist you should do so. I think parkinsonism is in the equation here especially if you note some stiffness of your limbs and slower motions.
