A member asked:

I had a gastric bypass 10 yrs ago and have kept my weight off the whole time. in the last few months i have gained 10 lbs. how do i lose those 10?

Same old formula: The formula for weight control is same: eat less and move around(activity) more. You need to strike a balance of energy intake and expenditure. For the extra weight to go away, you need to create a negative energy balance.
