Stop weight loss: Usually, weight loss tapers off and stops around a year to a year and a half after bypass surgery. If you are under a year out from surgery, i wouldn't worry about it. If you are several years out, make sure you eat enough food everyday. Some surgeons bypass too much of your intestinal tract and that can cause excessive weight loss. That can be fixed surgically.
