Utis early am. clears up in two hours no antibiotics. home test tells me and culture confirms. why? and do i need antibiotics when uti only early am.

UTI symptoms: You cannot have a UTI only part of the day. If you have a UTI, it is there all the time, even if home testing (e.g. dipstick showing positive for WBCs and/or bacteria) is negative some of the time. Also, symptoms partly depend on urine flow; sometimes less symptomatic in the day with increased urine flow. It's time to stop self testing and see your GP. Good luck!
