When is the best time to do a breast ultrasound? before or after period? maybe due to extra fluid in breasts before period they can't interpret well?

Breast U/S: Best to do an ultrasound of your breast immediately after or on the last day of your period, but at 35, if concerned about potential breast cancer, a digital mammogram is more accurate. Sonograms can best discover benign masses or cysts, which may not need further treatment.
