Very: common for a portion of the stye to be UNDER the lid where you cannot see it...CONTINUE TREATING ..warm soaks using an "eye cup" can be very helpful! Ask your Pharmacist Dr Z

Chalazion: This is a chalazion which is a problem of the meibomian glands in the lids. They usually respond to treatment with warm compresses. If not successful antibiotics may be tried. If it still persists it can be treated with a local surgical procedure.

Hordeolum Mgmt: Studies show lid hygiene four times a day with baby shampoo and cotton balls and hot compresses four times per day can be helpful. If thick drainage antibiotic drops added. If contacts were in please take them out leave out. Any ocular pain or loss of vision see Ophthalmology asap. Persistent foreign body sensation doc should do a dye exam and look under your lids. Good luck to you
