Stye: leave it alone, do not try to pop it again. Use warm compresses on it. If the area around it starts to redden, if you have pain or visual changes been seen by a doctor. In the future do not pop styes.

Warm compress: Use a warm moist compress over the eyelid and don't attempt to dig out the white head. Your body will take care of the remaining infection now that it's drained. Use artificial tear drops if you feel like your eye is getting sticky or dry. See your Dr if symptoms worsen - increased pain, redness or swelling.
