Yes: Every quantitative test result is always given as something plus or minus something else. It is a false idea to tell you that the test tells you the fetus is 7 weeks 4 days 9 hours 23 minutes and 17.47 seconds along now. It is just an approximation and usually the best they can call it is within a range of plus or minus 2 weeks (14 days)!!

The 1.47 cm measurement of embryo can be considered" fairly reliable and accurate" if obtained by a skilled, certified sonographer
