Very minimal chance: Early pregnancy is a challenging time because blood work and ultrasound are not always completely helpful. 60% of the time hcg will double every 2 days, 40% it will go up but slower. In cases when the hcg rises a small amount but then drops, it is less likely there is a normal pregnancy. An ultrasound would not show anything until the hcg is over 1000. There is a very small chance of pregnancy
