At Least: A normal HCG level at 4 weeks is 50-100 so that is suggestive of at least twins, if not more. Certainly your doctors will follow you closely to make sure you don't have identical triplets or more. Usually your first ultrasound will be around 6 weeks or so.

Where was this done?: the standard of practice now is to transfer only one embryo, because the rate of success is the same as transferring more than one, and does not have the markedly increased risk of death caused by a multiple gestation--about 5 times higher than a singleton pregnancy.
