Early pregnancy? : A "five week pregnancy" with "visible yolk sac" will not be stabilized with HCG. Early miscarriage is possibly causing the brown discharge. Get another ultrasound in a week to ten days, and fetal heart beat should be visible if the pregnancy remains viable.
