I have muscle pain and suspect my cholesterol medication. do i stop taking it and take that chance or is there something i can take with it to help?

? side effect: of cholesterol medication, a common one, you can hold the medicine for few days and see, while watching your diet (increase fiber intake, like metamucil, etc..) . I am not sure of the dose and your lipid profile, but you can confer with your doctor re holding the medicine, and whether s/he can prescribe you an alternative, best wishes
