When of day should i eat cholesterol in order to gain the most muscle?

Never: Cholesterol is a fat. Muscles are built up by a well balanced diet which includes adequate protein and with vigorous, regular muscular exercise. Eating cholesterol will not build up your muscles, regardless of the time of day you eat it and it's not a shortcut for hard work!
