NONE: Get DIAGNOSIS: Talk to your physician about a sleep study to rule out the more insidious and dangerous obstructive sleep apnea. If you are found to suffer primary snoring only, a sleep dentist can evaluate your airway and make a dental appliance as an easy and effective therapy. There are several surgeries that can help: uppp, pillar procedure. But few are successful in the treatment of apnea--get a sleep study.

Snoring: Snoring is not treatable by medication. Lose weight, avoid sleeping on your back, see an ENT to evaluate for enlarged tonsils, adenoides, deviated septum, polyps. Etc. Have a dentist fabricate a device that will hold your jaw forward to increase the airway.
