Idiopathic hypersom.: You may have idiopathic hypersomnia with long sleep time. Sleep apnea is possible but unlikely if you do not snore. Depression and narcolepsy can also cause sleepiness. See a sleep medicine specialist for evaluation and treatment and be careful about driving when sleepy.

Tired All Day: There are many reasons to feel tired during the day besides having sleep apnea. Go see your doctor. He or she will check common blood tests to exclude anemia, electrolyte abnormalities, thyroid disease, and maybe a few others. Most sleep disorders are associated with chronic fatigue. Depression can create chronic fatigue. Go see your doctor to figure our why.
