Have BP checked...: If the tinnitus is new onset along with the headache-like pressure, one should see their PCP/ ENT Doctors for proper evaluation of the cause. There are many possible causes but one's age of 54 years, gender and geographic location/nationality make Hypertension a real possibility that must be checked before further workup. Have BP checked right away.

Would a bleed in brain from vascular malformation or trauma be sever? Such as major symptoms. Have never had major symptoms, but minor dizzy, tinnitus, back of headaches. MRI result shows possible past trauma. But never had any MAJOR symptoms.
