my allergies are draing so bad, i can't take anti histamines and afraid of the steroids in a nasal spray. what can spray can i use with high b/p?

Saline nasal spray: I suggest using saline nasal spray. Also try to include a lot of dark green, leafy vegetables, deep yellow and orange vegetables, carrots, yams, onions, ginger, garlic cayenne, & horseradish to your diet along with a multivitamin and vitamin C supplement daily. And try to avoid alcohol, caffeine, dairy products, food colorings (tartrazine), red meat & sugar. I wish you the best with your health!
