Start: Start with your Dentist or Pedodontist. May be an oral problem, such as infected tooth or gum. Hopefully your child has been inoculated for mumps so that can be ruled out. If your Dentist or Pedodontist does not see an oral cavity cause, you will be referred on to your Physician or Pediatrician.
