Need Consultation: Could be:
1) need antibiotics and/or drainage.
2) warm moist compresses on your cheek.
3) muscle spasm.
Ask your dentist.

Infection.: There could be an infection remaining. One type, cellulitis, can be serious. I would highly recommend an evaluation by the surgeon/dentist and most likely antibiotic therapy. Other causes are inflammation from the procedure or injection, a hematoma from the injection or bleeding, etc. The best thing to do is get back in to be seen, asap.
