Hello. i think i have pink eye in both eyes, but i also have an extremely stiff neck and i have cold chills and fever symptoms without a fever. i also?

See your doctor: You should see your internist as soon as possible, as well as your ophthalmologist. A stiff neck could be a sign of meningitis. The pink eye should be evaluated for a possible conjunctivitis.
